Pendant ma longue absence photographique, j'ai eu une petite surprise: Deux photos de mon dernier shooting en date on été publiées dans le magazine allemand Saar Scene (City Scene). L'une en couverture et la deuxième à l'intérieur avec l'interview de la modèle impliquée Scarlet Rose.
Vous vous souvenez peut-être à l'occasion de mon anniversaire photographique l'année passée, vous aviez l'occasion de gagner un shooting. Puisque j'avais failli me perdre sous une avalanche de candidatures, mon amie Pomme m'avait proposé de m'aider à choisir la gagnante. J'avoue qu'autant j'adore proposer des concours ou offrir des shootings, autant plus je déteste faire un choix parce que je sais que je vais décevoir des gens. C'était donc avec un grand plaisir que j'ai bien voulu lui laisser cette tâche difficile (merci encore!!!) et voilà donc la jolie Scarlet Rose avait gagné le shooting mis en concours! Etant donné qu'il y avait une certaine distance géographique entre nous, nous avons décidé de planifier ce shooting pour le printemps.
Ce qui m'a fait le plus plaisir dans cette collaboration, mis à part le fait de rencontrer cette personne qui s'est révélée avoir beaucoup de points communs avec moi (notamment notre amour pour les animaux, le véganisme, l'amour pour la nature, les tattoos oldschool/girlis etc.), c'est que Scarlet n'a pas eu peur de se rendre avec moi dans des univers qui ne sont pas trop habituels pour elle. Elle est sortie de son cercle de confiance pour ce shooting et ça m'a fait super plaisir. La veille du shooting j'ai eu l'idée du set des photos qui ont été choisies pour le magazine et j'ai créée la couronne de fleurs et sorti de ma caverne d'alibaba le reste du décor qui allait avec. C'est donc avec un super grand sourire que je retrouve ces photos dans le magazine...
During my long photographic absence, I had a little surprise: Two photos from my last shoot were published in the German magazine Saar Scene (Scene City). One cover and the second inside with the interview of the involved model Scarlet Rose.
You may remember for my photographic birthday last year, you had the opportunity to win a shoot. Since I got so many emails, my friend Pomme had offered to help me choose the winner. I confess that as much as I love to do contests or offer shootings, I hate to make a choice because I know I'm going to disappoint people. So it was with great pleasure that I chose to leave this difficult task to her (thank you again !!!) and in the result i was pretty Scarlet Rose who won the shooting contest! Given that there was a certain geographical distance between us, we decided to plan the shooting for spring.
What really made me the most pleasure in this collaboration, apart from meeting a person who turned out to have much in common with me (especially our love for animals, veganism, love fo nature, the oldschool/girly tattoos etc.) is, that Scarlet was not afraid to go with me in photo horizons that are not too usual for her. She came out of her circle of trust for this shooting and that made me really happy. The day before the shooting I had the idea of the set photos that was chosen for the magazine and I created the headpiece and chose all the rest that went with it. It is with a great big smile that I look at these photos in the magazine...
